We primarily serve the residents of the towns of Island Falls, Crystal, and Dyer Brook, although membership is open to all. We are organized as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity. There is no membership fee, although donations are gratefully accepted.
To join Katahdin Public Library, you can either walk-in during our open hours to complete a membership application, or complete the online application below, then come in to pick up your library card when you can.
